This medium has its roots in Meghna's experience while working in the field of art restoration, where textile was used to line old paper manuscripts for strengthening. she further experimented with the same materials and stumbled upon a raw terrain of handmade veined papers which are pasted onto translucent textiles to create a nerve like pattern which she draws on with ink and water.Her painted drawings are created combining traditional art practices with a surreal essence of morphism reflecting a sensation of movement and adaptation.
