Assemblage using found objects & glass

The isolation faced by us all during the pandemic, reminded us of the fragility of our existence, lifeforms confined and thriving in confinement. Our memories becoming the terrains to traverse upon like echoes of the sea contained in a sea shell. We recall the outer environment that was now unsafe to explore. Through the drawings, assemblages within a fishbowl or a terrarium, symbolised a world containing us as creatures in our safe spaces. Stemming from the concept of living in a bubble literally came about these explorations of the Analog Terrarium & Shell Asylum.
